MAIN FEATURES

This machine is most versatile and of high performance. It operates with several materials such as: corrugated board, micro-corrugated board, solid cardboard, polyethylene, polypropylene, cork, synthetic and natural leather, carpet, laminated, semi-rigid materials and others.

Being a flat system of cutting and creasing it allows the use of larger knives, avoiding the need for further finishing operations in large packaging and displays.

A last generation electronic system of controls, comprising a HMI, frequency inverters with dynamic brake, micro-switches ( operators safety system ), potentiometers and timers for control stopping, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation with extremely low maintenance and high productivity. Experience obtained in the market to date shows that the machine can operate without interruption with very brief periods of downtime for cleaning and lubricating.
